In the production process, we need to perform solution treatment of stainless steel pipes. The main purpose is to obtain a certain martensitic to increase the hardness of the product. In the production process, we need to perform solution treatment of stainless steel pipes. The main purpose is to obtain a certain martensitic to increase the hardness of the product. Let's take a look at the solution treatment of stainless steel pipes.
(1) The intermediate aging method is heated to (760±15)℃ after solution treatment, and kept warm for 90min. Due to the precipitation of Cr23C6 carbides from the austenite, the carbon and alloying element content in the austenite 904L stainless steel tube is reduced, and the Ms point is raised to 70℃. Then it is cooled to room temperature to obtain martensitic+ alpha ferrite + residual austenite tissue, the residual austenite decomposes only after aging at 510℃.
(2) After high temperature adjustment and cryogenic treatment, the solution is first heated to 950℃ and kept warm for 90 minutes. Due to the increase in Ms point, a small amount of martensitic can be obtained by cooling to room temperature; after that, a certain amount of martensitic can be obtained by cold treatment at -70℃ and keeping warm for 8h.
(3) After the solution treatment by the cold deformation method, it is cold deformed at room temperature. The amount of martensitic formed by the 904L seamless tube during cold deformation is related to the amount of deformation and the composition of the 904L stainless steel tube.
